Chewy Gooey Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
My husband often *remarks* how I don't ever make the same thing twice. Beside the fact that I hate following recipes and measuring things, making something new is just so much more fun. : )
But every now and again I make something up that causes me to mend my wayward baking ways (at least for a little while).
These cookies are one of those recipes.
My husband and I hid in the van and ate most of them. Only because we love our kids so much. Good thing they're still too young to notice that a whole batch of cookie dough only made three cookies. . . .
