2 bananas
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. brown rice flour
1 c. sorghum flour
2/3 c. arrowroot powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. guar gum
1/2 c. chocolate chips (omit for sugar free)
Preheat oven to 350 a grease a loaf pan. In large bowl, mash bananas. Add peanut butter, applesauce, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth-ish. Add remaining ingredients on top and mix until no dry ingredients remain. Pour and smooth into prepared dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes in pan before removing to cool completely.
